My First Post!

Hoooray! I finally got this blog set up, and here is my first post! And what do you know, today was the last day of my finals. As soon as I turned in my 18.02 exam, I had the greatest feeling ever. I was done, and I somehow survived everything that has been going on here at MIT.

In less than two weeks, I will be leaving this state, this country, and this continent, and flying off to a place where I never thought I would have had the chance to go-Africa. It didn't hit me until two days while I was studying for physics that after all these finals were done, I would start packing for my trip abroad. I am excited, and nervous at the same time. There is still a lot of work yet to be done, but I am confident I can do it and will accomplish great things. It's been one crazy school year, and I am looking forward to exploring a whole new environment, and growing and learning as an individual. I can't wait to see how much of an impact this trip will have on my life. I am very thankful to have been given this opportunity and look forward to a new beginning. Now I know-->No matter the future, just hang onto the rope<-- BELIEVE in yourself, and never lose hope ;)
